Everything Stat Lab needs to arrange the visit is on this one form. It takes a couple of minutes on a phone, and we call you back to agree on the day and the time window.
About the cost
The home visit fee depends on how far we drive to the patient’s home, so ask us for an exact quote when you request the appointment. Most lab testing is usually covered by the patient’s health insurance.
